Job Description
. Plant Manager Manufacturing Manager Plastic Molded Parts Injection Molding Thermoforming Thermoplastic _ . Seeking individual with manufacturing management experience who can lead a plastic injection molding plant producing large numbers of thermoset and thermoplastic parts for customers in the automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, and electronics markets.
Activities:
- Develop annual budget and manage plant P&L.
- Lead production planning and oversee production line changeover between product runs.
- Manage quality concerns and interface with suppliers, regulatory bodies, and customers to ensure conformance from raw material receipt through delivery.
- Hire, coach and develop supervisors, production staff, and maintenance personnel.
- Initiate and oversee capital projects.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success within a similar role in the plastics industry; experience with automotive contract manufacturing activities is helpful.
- Lean Manufacturing, Toyota Production System, or similar experience.
