Production Manager - Industrial Manufacturing

Do you have experience overseeing a production team? Great opportunity to grow at an excellent organization! About Our Client My client is a small Industrial Manufacturer in the Tilton, NH area. They are dedicated to delivering a variety of products, catering to industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device, and Consumer Products. Job Description The Production Manager will: Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any hazards or violations. Promote safe work practices and participate in safety initiatives. Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing needs to determine priorities and resource requirements. Coordinate with supervisors and departments to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed. Update schedules in response to design changes, material or labor shortages, or production delays. Work with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and ensure timely production and shipping. Maintain required inventory levels and request materials as needed. Distribute schedules and work orders to departments. Compile production data for status reporting. Arrange delivery or distribution of materials to keep production on track. Develop production timelines based on sales forecasts. Conduct personnel evaluations and support positive team morale. Provide coaching, support, and training opportunities for team members. The Successful Applicant A successful Production Manager should have the following qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in a production management or related role Proficiency with MRP systems or similar production software Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) What's on Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package as per the offer.
