Job Description The Production Manager will: Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any hazards or violations. Promote safe work practices and participate in safety initiatives. Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing needs to determine priorities and resource requirements. Coordinate with supervisors and departments to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed. Update schedules in response to design changes, material or labor shortages, or production delays. Work with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and ensure timely production and shipping. Maintain required inventory levels and request materials as needed. Distribute schedules and work orders to departments. Compile production data for status reporting. Arrange delivery or distribution of materials to keep production on track. Develop production timelines based on sales forecasts. Conduct personnel evaluations and support positive team morale. Provide coaching, support, and training opportunities for team members.
