Role Description This full-time onsite Production Manager role requires hands-on production experience, including running SMT lines and working with ISO 9001 and
IPC-A-610
standards. Qualifications- Strong knowledge of electronic assembly processes, including production flow and bottleneck resolution
- Experience managing production schedules, software, and tools
- Leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement abilities
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and processes
