Production Manager Responsibilities Manage and improve production operations to ensure on-time/on-budget delivery of quality products. Duties

• Manufacturing capacity planning and program scheduling
• Maintain facilities and equipment
• Good understanding of Lean manufacturing tools
• Supervision of production staff
• Staff training and development
• Resource allocation
• Understand and enforce the

ISO-9000

Quality system

• Develop composite manufacturing process improvements
• Other duties as assigned Credentials
• Have hands-on experience with composite materials and processes
• Proficient in composites manufacturing vacuum bagging processes
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with a semi-skilled, multi-cultural work force
