Tesla is looking for a highly-motivated Associate Manager to lead our LFP Battery Cell Manufacturing spare parts program. We are seeking a high performing leader to coach and direct the performance of a Spares and Planning Operations team. The role will lead a team of supervisors, material planners, and technicians responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate inventory levels for the manufacturing spare parts warehouses and inventory control system. Maximize factory service at the best possible cost Drive for operations excellence: optimization of stocked MRO, value optimization (kitting, RMA, etc.), warehouse optimization, etc. Own PM-aligned spare parts strategy — partner with Reliability Engineering to set stocking levels based on PM schedules, equipment criticality, and MTBF data Manage pre-kitting and staging of parts for planned maintenance events and scheduled shutdowns Manage supplier relationships for long-lead and critical spare parts; negotiate consignment and VMI agreements Oversee inventory budget; drive cost reduction through demand analysis, standardization, and excess elimination, ensuring
