Position Overview We are seeking an experienced FIA Program Manager to lead First of a Kind (FOAK), research and development, and manufactured product programs supporting large-scale mission-critical construction projects. This is a senior leadership position responsible for taking new products and manufacturing solutions from initial concept and development through full-scale production and field installation. The Program Manager will work across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, project teams, and customers to ensure new products are developed and delivered successfully. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of manufacturing, prefabrication, product development, program management, and operational leadership experience. This position requires someone who can take an idea or prototype, develop a repeatable manufacturing process around it, and ultimately scale that solution across multiple projects and facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead First of a Kind (FOAK), R D, and new manufactured product initiatives from concept through production and field deployment. Manage the complete product development lifecycle, including concept development, prototyping, testing, production readiness, manufacturing, delivery, and installation. Develop program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and performance metrics for multiple concurrent initiatives. Coordinate manufacturing and prefabrication activities across multiple facilities. Work closely with engineering teams to transition new designs from concept into manufacturable products. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure materials and components are available to support production schedules. Oversee logistics and delivery planning from manufacturing facilities through final installation. Identify potential manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and schedule risks and develop mitigation plans. Establish standardized manufacturing processes that can be replicated across projects and facilities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, cost, and schedule performance. Evaluate manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability. Partner with project teams to ensure manufactured products meet field requirements and installation schedules. Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders regarding product development, performance, schedules, and future requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Construction, and Project Management. Develop and maintain reporting on program status, manufacturing performance, schedule, risks, and key milestones. Support executive leadership with program updates, recommendations, and strategic planning. Help develop long-term manufacturing strategies as new products move from prototype or FOAK status into repeatable production. Ensure lessons learned from initial product deployments are incorporated into future designs and manufacturing processes. Qualifications Significant experience in manufacturing, prefabrication, modular construction, product development, or a related environment. Strong program or project management experience overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives. Experience taking new products, assemblies, or manufacturing solutions from development through production. Demonstrated experience coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, scheduling, quality, and continuous improvement. Experience managing multiple projects or product programs simultaneously. Ability to identify operational risks and develop practical solutions before they impact production or delivery. Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement as they relate to manufacturing schedules. Experience developing and implementing standardized manufacturing processes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence teams across multiple departments and locations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior leadership and customers. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where products, processes, and requirements may still be evolving. Preferred Experience Electrical manufacturing or electrical prefabrication. Mission-critical or data center construction. Advanced manufacturing. Modular construction or off-site manufacturing. First of a Kind (FOAK) product development. Research and development programs. Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA). Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced operational leader who understands both product development and manufacturing execution. This person should be comfortable working in an environment where there may not already be an established process and where they are expected to help create one. We're looking for someone who can take a new product or manufacturing concept, work with Engineering to determine how it should be built, coordinate Procurement and Supply Chain, establish a production plan, oversee manufacturing and logistics, and ultimately ensure the finished product is successfully delivered and installed in the field. Work Environment Full-time, on-site leadership position based in Reno, Nevada. Regular interaction with manufacturing facilities, engineering teams, project teams, suppliers, and customers. Some travel may be required to manufacturing facilities, project sites, suppliers, or customer locations. Position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and programs in a rapidly growing manufacturing environment.
