Manufacturing Production Manager (100-120K) We have an outstanding opportunity available for a Manufacturing Production Manager to join a growing manufacturer near the Binghamton, NY area.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop Shift Supervisors, team leads, and production personnel across multiple shifts. Manage production schedules, staffing, capacity, and resources to achieve customer requirements. Monitor KPIs including output, efficiency, downtime, scrap, quality, and schedule attainment. Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to resolve production and equipment issues. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost, and equipment utilization. Support new equipment installations, automation, and production ramp up activities. Maintain a strong floor presence while promoting safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred. 7+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive production leadership responsibility. 3+ years managing supervisors, leads, or multi-shift manufacturing teams. Experience with machining, stamping, forming, automated assembly, or high volume manufacturing preferred. Strong knowledge of production scheduling, labor planning, KPIs, quality, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and

ISO 9001.
