Key Responsibilities:
Production Management Lead daily operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes. Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand. Oversee materials management, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery. Drive throughput improvements while maintaining targets. Quality Management Ensure the highest product quality standards are maintained. Implement and monitor quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other applicable industry standards). Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Promote a quality-first culture across the site. Leadership & Strategy Serve as the senior-most leader on-site, accountable for plant performance. Action oriented approach that aids the team in activities and provides clear direction and mentorship. Develop and mentor a strong leadership team across all departments. Align plant objectives with corporate strategic goals. Champion continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Cascade corporate strategy and drive execution messaging to all employees Pro-actively monitor and adjust to indicators of employee engagement. EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Foster a safe working environment and zero-injury culture. Support the implementation of safety programs, audits, and training initiatives. Financial and KPI Management Develop, manage, and control plant budgets and cost structures. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and drive cost savings and productivity improvement opportunities. Customer & Supplier Interface Act as a key point of contact for customer visits, audits, and relationships. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement to ensure supplier quality and reliability.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, with 5+ years in plant or site management. Strong background in quality management systems, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team management and people development.Preferred Skills:
Six Sigma Certification (Green/Black Belt) Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE etc.) Familiarity with global supply chain operations Change management and organizational development skills Experience implementing new MRP/ERP systems Experience in circuit boards, sheet metal forming, painting, printing, silk screening and hand assembly Experience in high mix/low volume environmentCompetencies:

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Binghamton, New York is: $117,600- 161,775.
