POSITION OVERVIEW

Maze Collections is seeking an experienced Production Manager with 5-10 years of women's contemporary apparel experience. This is a hands-on role managing the production process from development handoff through final delivery. The ideal candidate has strong overseas production experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced fashion environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage production from development handoff through bulk production and final delivery Maintain production calendars and ensure key milestones and delivery dates are met Communicate daily with overseas factories, particularly in China Track purchase orders, production schedules, samples, approvals, and shipments Review and follow up on fabrics, trims, lab dips, strike-offs, and production approvals Monitor garment quality, construction, fit, and workmanship Manage costing, minimums, lead times, and production requirements with factories and vendors Identify production or delivery issues and proactively resolve them Partner with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Sales, and other internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS

5-10 years of apparel production experience Strong women's contemporary apparel experience required Experience with women's bottoms, activewear, sportswear, or related categories preferred Strong experience working with overseas factories, particularly China Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, fit, costing, and apparel manufacturing Strong vendor management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production tracking systems

SALARY:

$75,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience
