• Provide overall management and coordination of production operations within an investment casting environment
• Drive performance excellence by establishing and monitoring KPIs and key operational metrics
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across front-end and back-end manufacturing operations
• Directly oversee 9 direct reports including Front End/Back End Manufacturing Managers and 7 Production Supervisors
• Manage a team of 200-250 indirect reports across plant operations Key Requirements
• BS in Engineering or Business-related degree required
• 5-7+ years of progressive Manufacturing Management and Operations leadership experience
• Demonstrated P&L ownership for manufacturing operations of $50M+ with 200+ employee workforce
• Proven strategic and data-driven leadership capabilities
