Plant Manager We've been retained to recruit a Plant Manager a large international company . This is an excellent opportunity to join a people-first leadership team within a global organization known for its servant leadership culture and commitment to operational excellence .

Ideal candidates will bring:

BS degree (Engineering or related field preferred) A strong mechanical background and technical problem-solving skills 5+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment Proven success driving Continuous Improvement (Lean, TPM, or similar) A servant leadership approach focused on coaching and developing people Ability to track and improve KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity Experience with plant expansions or major capital projects (a plus)
