This is a key role within the company responsible for overseeing the development, pricing, and profitability of products or services. Their main objective is to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability by strategically managing product portfolios and pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute pricing strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness through data analysis, customer insights, and market trends. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and R D to support commercial initiatives, new product development, and business growth. Conduct profitability analysis, monitor pricing performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize margins and financial results. Own pricing tools, price books, customer-specific pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements while providing pricing guidance to commercial teams. Track sales performance, budget vs. actual results, customer profitability, and market conditions to identify opportunities and drive commercial strategy. Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and compliance while maintaining historical business data for forecasting and decision-making. Support budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX planning, and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership. Mentor team members, maintain reporting metrics, and contribute to additional commercial projects as needed.
Education & Experience:
• Minimum BA/BS in business or engineering related fields. • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a commercial sales/financial analyst role or similar is essential.
