Your Mission:

What You Bring:

? 8+ years of operations leadership in manufacturing environments (300+ employees preferred) ? Proven track record with high-speed packaging or converting operations ? Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TQM principles ? Strong P&L management experience with budget accountability ? Bachelor\'s degree preferred; relevant certifications valued ? Exceptional communication and team-building skills
