Refresco Beverages US Inc is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead capital and process improvement projects in our high-volume beverage manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will manage the full project lifecycle-from concept and design through installation, commissioning, and handover-ensuring safety, quality, and on-time, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional plant teams and external vendors, optimize equipment and line performance, and drive continuous improvement in a culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead capital and process improvement projects from concept through commissioning in a beverage manufacturing plant Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources to meet safety, quality, and performance targets Coordinate cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain Select, negotiate with, and manage outside vendors, contractors, and engineering partners Develop and review engineering designs, equipment layouts, and technical specifications Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company engineering standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase line reliability, throughput, and efficiency Prepare project justifications, cost-benefit analyses, and status reports for leadership Coach and mentor engineers and technicians supporting project execution Support startup, validation, and handoff of new equipment and processes to operations Required Skills Project management in manufacturing Mechanical or industrial engineering Process engineering for high-volume production Auto CAD or similar design tools Capital project budgeting and cost control Vendor and contractor management Equipment installation and commissioning Continuous improvement/Lean/Six Sigma Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards Data analysis and performance metrics
