Production Manager Location:

Royersford, PA Salary:

$110,000 - $130,000 The Judge Group is partnering with a growing manufacturing company near Royersford, PA to find an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day plant operations and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Manage production schedules to consistently meet customer demand and delivery timelines Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and product quality Oversee production operations in compliance with

ISO 9001

standards Create and maintain accurate production records and documentation Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Lead, coach, and motivate plant employees, fostering a positive, high-performing work environment Manage equipment repairs and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment Familiarity with

ISO 13485

requirements strongly preferred
