Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of plant performance, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing processes, and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily plant operations (100) including production scheduling, assembly, quality control, and supply chain management. Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Utilize production management systems such as
SAP, ERP
systems, and manufacturing management tools to monitor performance metrics and streamline workflows. Analyze data using Microsoft Excel and supply chain analytics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations. Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demands while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, team training, and lean management practices to elevate overall plant productivity. Experience Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong leadership in plant management roles. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing management systems such asSAP, MRP
(Material Requirements Planning), ERP systems, and production scheduling tools. Skilled in data analysis using Microsoft Excel for supply chain analytics, process improvement tracking, and operational reporting. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma certifications preferred, with a track record of implementing lean management strategies. Strong background in operations management including quality control, assembly processes, supply chain management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment focused on safety and excellence. Excellent communication skills necessary for coordinating across departments and maintaining clear operational directives.
