This position will focus on market research and new customer acquisition. The successful candidate will identify attractive markets and prospective customers, establish relationships with key decision-makers, generate RFQ and prototype opportunities, and drive new business opportunities through the award of the first production project. This is a remote, results-driven position requiring close collaboration with manufacturing sites and internal teams in the U.S., Mexico, and Asia. [ Essential Duties ] ・Develop and execute regional business development strategies to acquire new EMS customers. ・Conduct in-depth market research, including industry growth potential (CAGR), political and economic factors, industry trends, competitive activities, and potential target customers. ・Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in EMS, electronics, contract manufacturing, and related industries. ・Develop and regularly update a Potential Customer List and prepare Market Research Reports for management. ・Generate new customer leads through direct outreach, customer visits, networking, trade shows, and industry events. ・Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, prospective customers, and key decision-makers. ・Introduce the company's capabilities, manufacturing facilities, and production strengths to prospective customers. ・Manage the business development process from initial contact through RFQ acquisition, prototype opportunities, commercial discussions, and award of the first production project. ・Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and business development plans. ・Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, manufacturing sites, and other relevant teams to develop competitive proposals and support quotation activities and commercial negotiations. ・Serve as the primary contact for prospective customers until the first production project is awarded and ensure a smooth handover afterward. ・Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer visit reports. ・Provide weekly and monthly activity reports, business forecasts, market analysis, and management presentations. ・Travel domestically and internationally as required depending on customer and business needs. ・Participate in evening meetings with KAGA's Asian operations, including KAGA Hong Kong, approximately 1-2 times per week, typically around 8:00-9:00 PM U.S. time. ・Comply with all applicable laws, company policies, compliance requirements, internal controls, and standards of professional and ethical business conduct. [ Working Hours / Working style ] Full-Time / Exempt / Remote This is a results-driven remote business development position. Performance will be evaluated based on new customer acquisition, market and industry analysis, pipeline development, RFQs obtained, and successful production project awards. As an Exempt position, overtime compensation is not provided. Due to collaboration with KAGA's operations in Asia, participation in evening meetings approximately 1-2 times per week, typically around 8:00-9:00 PM, is required. The selected candidate will also be expected to complete approximately one week of initial training at the company's manufacturing facility in Mexico to learn about the company, manufacturing operations, and capabilities. Domestic and international business travel will be required based on customer and business needs. Base Salary:

[ Qualifications ] ・Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. ・Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in EMS, electronics, contract manufacturing, or a related industry. ・Proven track record of new customer acquisition and new business development. ・Experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), electronics, electronic equipment, or manufacturing is strongly preferred. ・Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to effectively communicate manufacturing capabilities to prospective customers. ・Ability to independently conduct market research, identify high-potential industries and customers, and develop new business opportunities. ・Experience developing relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and key decision-makers is preferred. ・Experience or an established network within the medical device / healthcare manufacturing industry is a strong plus. ・Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. ・Excellent English communication skills; additional language skills are a plus. ・Ability to work independently in a remote environment and proactively develop new customers with limited supervision. ・Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally. ・Ability to participate in evening meetings with Asian operations approximately 1-2 times per week. ・Ability to attend approximately one week of initial training at the company's manufacturing facility in Mexico.
