Salary:

What your future day will look like: Direct plant operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to improve performance and operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and process bottlenecks. Develop performance metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decisions. Oversee production planning, inventory management, and resource allocation. Improve equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis. Coach and develop leaders and staff to strengthen organizational capabilities.
