Contract About the Role SGF Global is seeking an experienced IT Change Management Lead to support a large-scale manufacturing transformation and site transition initiative. This is a senior-level role responsible for leading IT change management activities, coordinating system readiness and integrations, supporting validation and cutover activities, and driving successful user adoption throughout the transition. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in manufacturing environments, greenfield implementations and/or plant shutdowns , with hands-on knowledge of enterprise and manufacturing systems such as MES, ERP, WMS, and shop floor technologies . Key Responsibilities Lead the IT change management strategy supporting a new manufacturing site startup and legacy site closure. Serve as a key liaison between IT, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and Business teams . Drive cross-functional alignment around system readiness, deployment, cutover, and transition plans. Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across IT change activities. Coordinate deployment and integration of MES, ERP, WMS, infrastructure, and shop floor systems . Ensure IT deliverables align with manufacturing startup and operational milestones. Support and oversee data migration, system validation readiness, and cutover execution . Lead and coordinate UAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ activities. Ensure appropriate documentation, traceability, and compliance with validation requirements. Develop and execute training and adoption strategies for plant users, supervisors, and support teams. Coordinate the development of SOPs, job aids, training materials, and system guides . Drive organizational readiness and adoption across impacted user groups. Lead IT cutover planning and execution for the new site's go-live. Establish and manage the hypercare support model , including issue triage, resolution, and stabilization. Track and communicate stabilization metrics, system performance, risks, and issue resolution. Required Qualifications Proven experience supporting greenfield manufacturing site implementations and/or plant shutdowns or major site transitions . Strong experience leading IT change management within complex transformation programs. Strong knowledge of manufacturing and enterprise systems, including MES, ERP, WMS, and shop floor technologies . Hands-on experience with system validation processes, including UAT and
IQ/OQ/PQ
. Experience coordinating system integrations, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments . Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior leadership. Ability to work onsite in Nashville, TN , with travel to Hopkinsville, KY and Clarksville, TN as required. Preferred Qualifications Experience within regulated manufacturing industries , such as pharmaceutical, tobacco, medical device, or similar environments. Previous experience supporting large-scale plant startup, site migration, or manufacturing transformation programs .
