Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking an experienced Plant General Manager for an established company opening a new facility. The ideal Plant General Manager will oversee all plant operations, including safety, people, production, quality, distribution, service, and cost.

Plant General Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 10+ years in manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years as Plant Manager, Site GM or Operations Director.
• Direct experience launching a new facility or production line.
• Strong technical background in electromechanical or software-driven products, such as outdoor power equipment, e-mobility, drones, agricultural machinery, appliances, or industrial equipment.
• Experience managing outsourced fabrication and component suppliers.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality systems (ISO 9001).
• Experience managing a site P&L or operating budget.
• Experience running or overseeing warehouse and distribution operations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Plant General Manager Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $160K - $190K, based on experience
