Plant Manager Automotive/Truck Equipment Dallas-Fort Worth Area A leading industrial manufacturer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and drive the performance of its manufacturing operation. This highly visible leadership position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale manufacturing facility and play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth, operational excellence, and long-term success. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of plant operations, including safety, quality, production, materials management, maintenance, employee development, continuous improvement, and financial performance. This role requires a proven leader who can build high-performing teams, drive a culture of accountability and engagement, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ideal Qualifications:
Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Site Leader, or similar leadership experience Progressive leadership experience within heavy industrial manufacturing Strong background in safety, quality, production, materials, and maintenance operations Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement expertise Experience leading both salaried and hourly employees Proven success driving productivity, cost improvements, and operational performance Experience within automotive, commercial vehicle, heavy equipment, metal fabrication, industrial equipment, assemblies, or related manufacturing environments preferred This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially stable and growing organization that is committed to operational excellence, employee development, and long-term investment in its manufacturing operations.
