Prestonwood Landscape Services is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial landscape maintenance teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands landscape maintenance, knows how to build and develop strong teams, and takes pride in delivering quality service to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of daily production, develop your team, improve efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and work closely with Account Managers and clients to ensure properties are being properly maintained. What You'll Own Lead the day-to-day operations of commercial landscape maintenance crews and Crew Leaders. Manage daily and weekly schedules to ensure crews are properly staffed and properties are serviced efficiently. Recruit, train, coach, and develop Crew Leaders and field team members. Monitor work quality, productivity, safety, and overall crew performance. Conduct property visits and quality checks to ensure work meets Prestonwood standards and client expectations. Partner with Account Managers on client needs, property concerns, walkthroughs, and service issues. Monitor staffing needs and work with leadership and Human Resources to support hiring and team development. Ensure crews have the materials, equipment, vehicles, and resources needed to successfully complete their work. Identify plant health, irrigation, and landscape concerns and communicate recommended solutions. Maintain accurate service records and oversee the proper care and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure crews follow company policies and industry best practices. Identify opportunities to improve production, efficiency, quality, and overall field operations. What You Bring 2+ years of commercial landscape maintenance or related industry experience. Previous experience leading or managing landscape maintenance crews. Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance practices. Experience managing crews, schedules, materials, equipment, and field operations. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead, coach, and hold team members accountable. Proficiency with Aspire, Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, and Excel. Knowledge of irrigation, plant health, and landscape equipment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Valid Texas driver's license. Why Prestonwood?
