Job Description The Assistant Project Manager II / Project Manager I will report to senior project management leadership and play a key role in the successful execution of construction projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M. The Successful Applicant For the Assistant Project Manager II / Project Manager I we are seeking: 3 to 10 years of construction project management experience Experience delivering healthcare, manufacturing, light industrial, or mixed commercial projects Exposure to projects ranging from $5M to $30M in value Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred What's on Offer Assistant Project Manager II Base salary: $85,000 - $115,000 Truck allowance: $6,600 annually Project Manager I Base salary: $115,000 - $125,000 Truck allowance: $10,200 annually Additional Benefits Immediate hiring need Opportunity to work alongside experienced Senior Project Managers with diverse project portfolios Clear career progression within a growing project management organization Exposure to complex healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, and commercial projects Collaborative team structure consisting of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers Strong safety-focused culture Long-term growth and leadership development opportunities
