Position Summary Senox is looking for a Tool and Die Manager to oversee daily metal stamping operations, production schedules, and safety protocols in our manufacturing facility to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Primary Responsibilities Lead daily metal stamping output to meet delivery targets and schedules. Effectively manage a team of production operators and technicians. Supervise preventive maintenance and repairs for stamping presses and dies. Perform continuous quality control checks to verify that every product meets strict standards. Enforce plant safety regulations, regular safety meetings, and proper machine safety. Skills and Requirements 10 to 15 years of Tool and Die, metal stamping experience, with previous supervisory or management background. Strong understanding of stamping presses, tool and die, and material handling. Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting abilities Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check. Why Senox?
