Join Our Team! FS Builder Resources- Leedo Cabinets Division is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to lead finishing operations within our cabinet manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with extensive expertise in paints, stains, and clear-coat applications for cabinet components, along with a passion for quality, process improvement, and team development. Only apply if you have 5 plus years of experience within a finishing leadership role. Preferably in the cabinet or wood working industry. What You Will Be Responsible For Lead all finishing department operations, including paint, stain, and clear-coat processes. Develop, implement, and sustain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that promote consistency, efficiency, and quality. Manage hang-line and flat-line finishing systems and optimize throughput and performance. Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and delivery performance. Lead, coach, and develop production teams while fostering accountability and engagement. Ensure product quality standards are consistently achieved and maintained. Coordinate production schedules, changeovers, staffing, training, and workflow priorities. Maintain strong partnerships with Plant Leadership, Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental requirements. Qualifications 5+ years of cabinet, woodworking, paint, or wood finishing experience. Strong knowledge of paints, stains, clear coats, application methods, and finishing systems. Hands-on experience with hang-line and flat-line finishing operations. Demonstrated success developing and implementing SOPs and standardized processes. 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. Experience leading teams of 20-50 employees. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required Why Join FS Builder Resources?
