$62,000 - $72,000 What's the Job? Manage manufacturing process activities within the New Product Introduction (NPI) framework to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Act as the primary point of contact with customers, maintaining clear and proactive communication to meet their needs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project management, quality assurance, procurement, and fulfillment to align processes and resolve issues. Lead problem-tracking activities, organize kick-off meetings, and ensure effective follow-up across departments. Support the creation and monitoring of departmental KPIs to drive continuous improvement and process compliance. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, or related field). 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing process management or NPI environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, material flow, and quality standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Project, and data analysis tools.
