We offer client design and fabrication services anchored with the leading brands in the outdoor/action sports industry. Position Summary BUiLT is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. The Project Manager works closely with Industrial Designers, Engineers, Production Manager, vendors, and production staff to coordinate all phases of project execution. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has experience in custom fabrication, millwork, retail fixtures, commercial interiors, or related manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects from initial handoff through production, delivery, and installation. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and production milestones. Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and resource requirements. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve obstacles. Communicate project status, risks, and schedule updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure projects meet quality standards, budget requirements, and delivery commitments. Review shop drawings, specifications, and production documentation for accuracy. Support, coach, and motivate production staff while fostering accountability and teamwork. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and workflow. Perform administrative duties related to project coordination and reporting. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, millwork, cabinetry, retail fixture fabrication, commercial construction, or a related field. Strong understanding of production processes and materials, including: wood and engineered wood products, metal fabrication, plastics and laminates, hardware and specialty components. Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and technical documentation. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical Skills Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with project management software and scheduling tools, i.e. Procore. CAD, 3D modeling, or drafting software experience is a plus. Strong computer and data management skills. Time Management & Accountability Effectively manage up to 15 projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail. Prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing business needs and project demands. Create and maintain project schedules and hold team members accountable for deliverables. Communicate project status, scheduling needs, and resource requirements to the Production Manager and shop team. Consistently meet deadlines and follow through on commitments. Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
