2989940952-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Agropur is seeking a Senior Manager to lead manufacturing operations within our dairy production network. This role oversees plant performance, safety, quality, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable production of cheese, fluid milk, and nutritional ingredients. The Senior Manager will drive KPIs, optimize processes, manage budgets, and coach cross-functional teams. Partnering closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, this leader fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and sustainable practices aligned with our member-owned cooperative values. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, service, and cost targets. Develop, track, and improve operational KPIs across plants or production lines. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and standardized work practices. Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA/USDA). Manage budgets, cost control, and resource planning for people, equipment, and materials. Coach and develop supervisors and frontline leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R D to support new products and process changes. Champion a strong safety culture and execute risk-reduction initiatives. Support sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives in dairy manufacturing. Communicate performance, risks, and improvement plans to senior leadership.
