The project manager works with the company's customers directly to assess and help meet their needs. In addition, the project manager has responsibilities in the direct manufacturing facility. They ensure that safety guidelines are met and any potential risks are eliminated.

What you will do The Manufacturing Project Manager is responsible for leading improvements in manufacturing operations by facilitating, leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to execute new or upgraded processes that improve on-time delivery, increase output, enhance product quality and reduce manufacturing costs while simultaneously maintaining or improving operator safety. How you will do it Collaborate with Product Management, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and production teams to develop project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risk and successfully launch new processes Develop and follow a Project Management Plan; set team project goals, plan project deliverables, establish project schedules and milestones; manage all aspects of project schedule including risk with critical focus on quality. Meticulous planning, executing to the plan by rigorous tracking to meet all key milestone dates Ensure projects are delivered with 4 ONs (On Budget, On Product Cost, On Schedule & On Quality) Report and review the progress of project(s) with the stakeholders; formalize communication plan to ensure timely, accurate information and updates are provided to appropriate stakeholders. Facilitate and execute multiple projects from concept through requirements, design, development, testing and deployment. Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning maintaining focus on project-level needs while working within the framework of larger, multi-project and program business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate efforts and define and leverage best practices. What we look for Required Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Automation Engineering or an equivalent technical field 3+ Years Experience in Manufacturing Operations or Technical Project Management Demonstrated project execution experience Must have managed cross functional project teams from the project initiation to go-live launch Demonstrated experience in leading and influencing individuals and teams without formal organizational control. Strong consensus building, conflict resolution, and persuasive skills. Experience in exercising judgment in independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Relevant engineering experience supporting manufacturing to improve methods and processes. Proficiency in adjusting communication style based on audience (technical, non-technical, executive, individual contributor, etc.) Ability to clearly convey concepts / solutions to the business in appropriate terms. Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with MS Office

SAP SALARY RANGE
: $85,200
