Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and develop process improvements. Manage production scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory control to optimize plant throughput. Supervise and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with supply chain management to analyze supply chain analytics and streamline operations. Conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and support decision-making. Requirements Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of manufacturing management systems such as SAP or ERP platforms. Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, production planning, and process improvement methodologies like Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively across shifts while promoting safety and operational excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Familiarity with quality control processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate with operations, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience also considered.
