Job description: Position Summary The Site Manager oversees Tower Road facility's overall day-to-day operations across production, maintenance, inventory, and shipping, ensuring the plant meets safety, quality, and delivery goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct daily plant operations across production, maintenance, inventory, and shipping.
• Advise on and monitor production schedules, capacity plans, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with the Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Safety Manager, and Quality Control Manager on site priorities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across the plant.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate supervisors and leads. Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of manufacturing operations experience, including leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, scheduling, and plant safety practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead single-site operations with minimal oversight. Preferred Qualifications
• Six Sigma / Lean certification.
• Experience in tank, vessel, or heavy metal fabrication manufacturing.
• Familiarity with confined space and hot work safety programs.
