Job Description

Production Manager Overview:
Seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee production floor operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Support senior management with process improvements and policy implementation. Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines. Provide technical support for production and mechanical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing goals. Manage production costs, labor hours, and resources in a fast-paced setting. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
5+ years in manufacturing management, preferably in a 24/7 operation. Experience with SAP; logistics background preferred. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems, and safety regulations. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
