$85,000 - $95,000 per year shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Lead end-to-end production operations, overseeing processes from raw material receiving and blending through to final packaging. Analyze current workflows to develop, refine, and implement improved line processes that boost output, eliminate bottlenecks, and minimize downtime. Drive daily operational targets while maintaining strict quality, batch accuracy, and efficiency metrics. Be an active, hands-on leader. Lead, mentor, and coach production team members on the floor, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learning. Work with senior leadership to Identify individual and team growth opportunities, cross-training employees to elevate overall facility skill levels and build a strong talent pipeline. Enforce general Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and facility sanitation standards across all processing and packaging areas. Partner with Quality and Maintenance teams to ensure equipment is operating safely, cleanly, and at peak performance. Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready environment aligned with company quality standards and safety regulations.
