Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead our production integration team and oversee the safe, efficient, and timely execution of manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day integration activities, leading production personnel, improving operational processes, and ensuring products are built to the highest quality standards while meeting customer delivery commitments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader with experience in low-volume/high-mix production environments, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead daily integration and production operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. Plan and manage labor, production schedules, materials, and resources to meet customer deadlines. Identify manufacturing issues and drive timely resolutions to maintain production schedules and quality standards. Supervise and develop Integration personnel, including Integrators (all levels) and Graphics Installers. Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Quality teams to support production, custom builds, prototypes, and new product introductions. Develop and improve standardized work instructions, assembly processes, tooling, and manufacturing best practices. Monitor department performance, including quality, productivity, attendance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Lead problem-solving efforts and implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices. Perform additional duties as assigned. QualificationsEducation & Experience Associate degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, integration, or related operations. Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with custom-engineered products, electronics integration, industrial equipment, kiosks, or other low-volume/high-mix manufacturing environments preferred. Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or similar operational excellence initiatives. Preferred Skills Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience using ERP systems (ABAS or equivalent). Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com. Ability to read engineering drawings, CAD documentation, and manufacturing specifications. Familiarity with production tracking systems and manufacturing metrics. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the production facility. Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and machinery. Comfortable working in both office and production floor environments. Schedule Monday - Friday Between 6:30 am - 5 pm Work Environment This is a fully on-site position based in Cerritos, CA . The role requires regular interaction with production teams and manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required for business purposes.
