Responsibilities
- Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours
- Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic
- Accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork
- Responsible for auditing all lease and renewal files
- Other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor Required Skills
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SSATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS
- Must be team oriented but able to work independently on occasion
- Minimum 3-6 months experience as an Apartment Consultant in Property Management
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information
- Must know Yardi, Rent Roll, AIM, and other PM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to multi-task
- All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States
