Working Foreman / Production Manager We are seeking an experienced
  • Working Foreman / Production Manager
  • to lead our kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. This is
  • not a desk job

As our Working Foreman / Production Manager, you'll be the hands-on leader driving each project forward—serving as a builder, estimator, communicator, problem-solver, and trusted point of contact for our clients and team members. You'll oversee every phase of our design, installation, and construction projects, from developing referrals and preparing accurate estimates to coordinating pre-construction details and managing the project through the final walkthrough. You'll lead trades, coordinate schedules, maintain quality standards, resolve issues, and keep clients informed and confident throughout the process. You'll also evaluate project scopes, estimate labor and materials, prepare proposals, and help clients understand the costs and details of their remodeling projects. You'll roll up your sleeves and work alongside our crews when needed. Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from initial planning through completion
  • Solicit and develop referrals and help build strong client relationships
  • Evaluate project scopes and prepare accurate estimates for labor, materials, and subcontracted work
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and project budgets
  • Explain estimates, costs, materials, and project details to clients
  • Coordinate subcontractors, installers, suppliers, and internal crews
  • Oversee cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, electrical, flooring, tile, painting, and other trades
  • Review plans, measurements, materials, and project requirements
  • Lead job-site operations and maintain project schedules
  • Perform or coordinate accurate kitchen and bath measurements and templates
  • Monitor workmanship, quality control, safety, and job-site cleanliness
  • Communicate with clients and address questions, concerns, and changes
  • Identify potential issues before they create delays or added costs
  • Track materials, timelines, budgets, estimates, change orders, and project completion
  • Participate hands-on with the crew when necessary
  • Conduct final inspections and client walkthroughs Qualifications
  • Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling or residential construction
  • Experience as a working foreman, project manager, remodeler, estimator, or construction supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, electrical, tile, flooring, and related trades
  • Experience estimating labor, materials, subcontractor costs, and project timelines
  • Ability to prepare accurate proposals and manage project budgets
  • Ability to read plans, take measurements, and coordinate project details
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability and willingness to perform hands-on work when needed Compensation
  • $60,000
  • 95,0000+ per year
  • , depending on experience and qualifications, with potential performance-based incentives and benefits. Compensation will reflect your experience, estimating ability, ability to manage multiple trades and projects, and success in delivering quality work on time and within budget.
