WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
The Production Supervisor for 2nd Shift (3:00pm- 11:00pm M-F) is responsible for overseeing material flow across injection molding, machining and annealing processes for 2nd shift operation team.
- all while maintaining a strong focus on employee safety and accurate production reporting.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required) Master's Degree in Engineering is (preferred) 5+ years manufacturing experience in supervising manufacturing processes. (required) Excellent analytical skills, hands-on approach, proactive safety approach and sense of urgency in problem solving required. Ability to read blueprints and doFMEA & PFMEA
analysis (required) Familiarity with MRP system(s) like SAP/QAD (required) Six signa green belt (preferred) Background in WCM (World Class Manufacturing) or similar cost-saving initiatives. (preferred)TO MAKE SURE NOTHING IS FORGOTTEN

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $81,500 to $126,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $81,500 to $139,150.
