Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Metal Shop Foreman:

Perform hands-on work, personally leading fabrication and installation as needed Oversee day-to-day fabrication and installation for a decorative metal shop Schedule employees Oversee quality and production management Keep supplies in stock Review shop drawings Visit job sites frequently to check on progress and set goals Keep employees accountable for quality, safety, and efficiency Requirements -

Metal Shop Foreman:

10+ Years in the architectural, decorative, or related metalworking field Hands-on experience Experience supervising and overseeing safety, quality, production, scheduling Proficient at reading shop and architectural drawings Professional demeanor and communication style Excellent delegator and trainer (teacher) Computer literate
