These functions listed below are to be used for an overall reference of what is expected on a Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly schedule. Starting pay would be $26-28 per hour paid weekly on a work schedule of Friday thru Thursday and warehouse hours between 6am to 11:30pm. This role is a full time position. Duties Bi-Lingual written and speaking skills to communicate with Dispatch Goods team members, corporate team members and also customers. Use of BOL to review orders placed by customers. Use SOP to pick and pack customer orders for next day delivery with 100% accuracy. Use of Slack/Email to communicate with Customers around their orders. QC Inspect Orders prior to delivery. Inspect Team Production per SOP for QC log tracking. Coach team around QC Audit Findings. Cleaning/Packaging Supplies ordered as needed thru approved vendor. Ensure proper supplies on hand for customer launches. Freight Scheduled with Brokers and BOL shared to customers. Maintaining KPI targets of
LPU, UPH
tracked on scanning scoreboard. Attend weekly meetings with local team and corporate team as scheduled. Attend customer site visits leading up to future launches. Ensure overall warehouse logistics and production needs are met. Partner with local leadership for On Call schedule for warehouse support. Support general warehouse production operations as needed outside of Food Service Operations. Skills Preferred but not required Forklift Certified Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe Certified Prior warehouse experience Prior Order Pick/Pack Experience Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift 35lbs-50lbs Ability to problem Solve Ability to follow directions

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
