Job Description

As a Conversion Lead, you will oversee production employees on their shift, make sure equipment and processes are running correctly. This hands-on leadership role includes overseeing employees, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating workflow, monitoring equipment, and communicating production status to management.

$21.50 There are 2 shifts: Sunday through Thursday (FRI/SAT OFF): 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Tuesday through Saturday (SUN/MON OFF): 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM What's the Job? Lead and support production employees during the shift Assign work and ensure production goals are met Monitor machines and manufacturing processes Troubleshoot equipment or production issues Ensure employees follow safety, quality, and company procedures Verify finished products are correctly labeled, weighed, and stored Communicate production updates to supervisors, planners, and incoming shifts Train and mentor team members Operate forklifts and ensure materials are moved safely What's Needed? Have strong manufacturing experience in a manufacturing or production environment with a minimum of 3 years experience. Can lead a team and keep people motivated. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve process issues efficiently Pass yearly forklift certification testing provided by the company.
