JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to join a metal fabrication company in Huntington Beach. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensure production goals are met, maintain quality and safety standards, and help lead and support the production team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities. Manage workflow and ensure production schedules are met. Monitor production quality and efficiency. Lead, train, and support production employees. Ensure employees follow company safety procedures and policies. Monitor materials, equipment, and production needs. Identify production issues and assist with solutions. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Communicate effectively with management and production staff. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous production management or supervisory experience required. Experience in metal fabrication/manufacturing strongly preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Must be dependable and able to work the assigned schedule. Must pass a background check. Must pass E-Verify.
