Special skills:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and to manage time effectively. Ability to exhibit poise, composure and confidence when confronting stressful or high-pressure situations. Ability to motivate employees to attain peak performance by establishing an employee recognition program. Competent use of MS Office software. Able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in the production line Lead by example through honesty, integrity, and respect for others. 5+ years of experience in AS9100 quality system Proven Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience is required, certification is a plus. Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime as required to support and ensure the successful operations.Physical demands:
