WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Lead and supervise a team of production workers- set expectations and hold them Drive daily, weekly, and monthly production targets with zero tolerance for preventable failures Enforce 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and enforce them consistently Conduct safety audits, address hazards immediately, and maintain a culture where safety is non-negotiable Run shift communications: production logs, KPI tracking, updates to management•nothing falls through the cracks Oversee workforce training so every employee knows their role and performs it properly Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment running and downtime minimal Implement company Quality Assurance Procedures and Departmental Work Instructions to the letter Think you can run this floor?
