Job Description Supervise daily production activities, including blending, tablet compression, and liquid production processes. Ensure compliance with GMP standards and company SOPs. Monitor production schedules, adjust workflows, and maintain operational efficiency. Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Train and guide production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production outcomes. Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review. Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime. The Successful Applicant Experience with manufacturing operations in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or food production. Knowledge of GMP standards and SOP development.
