Rogall + Co. About Rogall + Co. Rogall + Co. exists to defend homes on the Central Coast. We are not a typical contractor—we operate as a systems-driven company focused on protecting, maintaining, and improving residential assets over time. Our work spans carpentry, painting, coatings, and exterior systems, all built around durability, coastal performance, and long-term asset preservation. Internally, we are building a scalable operation through training (Rogall Academy), standardized systems, and data-driven decision making. The Role The Field Superintendent owns field execution across all active projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that what is planned gets executed—on time, on budget, and at the Rogall standard. This is not a passive oversight role. You are responsible for driving production, enforcing accountability, developing leaders in the field, and ensuring our systems are actually being followed on-site. You will directly impact production efficiency, job quality, team performance, and customer outcomes. Core Responsibilities 1. Production Ownership Own execution across multiple job sites (painting, carpentry, exterior scopes) Ensure projects hit production targets, budgets, and timelines Monitor daily progress against production plans and adjust in real time Eliminate downtime, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the field 2. Field Leadership & Accountability Lead Field Managers, Crew Leads, and Technicians Set clear daily expectations and hold teams accountable to output and quality Build bench strength by developing future Crew Leads and Field Managers Drive a culture of ownership, urgency, and professionalism 3. Systems Implementation Enforce use of company systems (production plans, scheduling, reporting, SOPs) Ensure consistency across all job sites—no "freestyle" execution Identify gaps in systems and work with leadership to improve them Support rollout of Rogall Academy training and field standards 4. Quality Control Maintain high standards across all scopes (prep, coatings, carpentry, detailing) Conduct routine inspections at key project milestones Ensure work is built to last—focused on long-term performance, not shortcuts Catch and correct issues early before they become rework 5. Planning & Coordination Partner with Project Managers to align on production plans and sequencing Ensure materials, labor, and equipment are ready ahead of time Coordinate across trades to maintain workflow and avoid delays 6. Safety Leadership Enforce safety standards across all job sites Ensure crews are trained and operating safely at all times Lead by example in maintaining a disciplined, hazard-aware environment 7. Communication Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership on field performance Flag risks early and bring solutions, not just problems Support customer experience through professional on-site presence when needed Qualifications 5+ years in construction, painting, or exterior trades 2-3+ years leading crews or managing multiple job sites Strong understanding of production, sequencing, and job costing Experience with residential projects (preferred) Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing control of details Strong leadership presence—can set the tone and enforce standards Comfortable working in the field daily (ladders, heights, active job sites) What Success Looks Like Jobs are consistently delivered on time and within budget Production plans are executed with minimal deviation Field teams are trained, accountable, and improving over time Quality is consistent across all projects with minimal rework Communication between field and office is clear and proactive Systems are being followed and continuously improved Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives tied to production and quality Clear path for growth into senior operations leadership Why Rogall + Co. Build something, not just manage jobs — You are helping create a scalable field operation, not just running day-to-day work Systems-driven environment — We are actively building SOPs, training, and infrastructure to remove chaos from construction Leadership impact — Your role directly shapes team performance, production outcomes, and company growth Long-term vision — From Rogall Academy to future expansion and franchise systems, this is a company designed to scale Diverse project exposure — Work across painting, carpentry, coatings, and exterior systems in a coastal environment Accountability culture — High standards, clear expectations, and a team committed to improvement This role is for someone who wants ownership of the field, takes pride in execution, and is motivated to build and lead at a high level.Pay:
