This role supports electronics medical device manufacturing operations, including electronic assembly, PCBA assembly, soldering, inspection, testing, packaging, labeling, and production documentation. The Electronics Production Lead will help drive daily production performance while maintaining a strong focus on safety, product quality, documentation accuracy, ESD compliance, and regulated manufacturing standards. This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on production professional with an electronics background who enjoys leading teams, solving production issues, and working closely with Quality, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, and Operations. This role offers the opportunity to join a quality-focused, team-oriented manufacturing environment where leadership, accountability, training, and continuous improvement are valued. The ideal candidate will bring strong floor leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to support employees while keeping production moving efficiently and compliantly. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support production employees performing electronics medical device assembly, PCBA assembly, cable and wire harness assembly, soldering, inspection, testing, packaging, and labeling. Plan daily work, organize workflow, assign production tasks, and monitor schedules to meet customer demand and internal production priorities. Ensure production activities follow approved procedures, work instructions, bills of materials, assembly drawings, device history record requirements, and controlled documentation. Promote compliance with
ISO 13485, FDA QMSR/21 CFR
Part 820, Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, ESD controls, and company quality procedures. Monitor production output, labor efficiency, downtime, scrap, rework, yield, test pass rates, and related production performance indicators. Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, Planning, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production, material, documentation, equipment, fixture, and test system issues.
Compensation and Benefits Salary:
$80,000 per year.
