The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, with hands-on experience in manufacturing lines and mechanical knowledge. As a Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding your team to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties Supervise daily production activities and lead a team of operators on the assembly line. Ensure that all production processes are carried out efficiently and safely, adhering to company policies and procedures. Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance as necessary, utilizing hand tools and power tools effectively. Train new employees on production techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in production efficiency and quality control. Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment usage, and employee performance. Conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing area to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Experience Proven experience in a FOOD manufacturing environment, is a mandatory. Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is essential.
MUST BE ABLE TO CONFIDENTLY AND SAFELY OPERATE A
FORKLIFT and other material handling equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management alike.
