We dream big and work hard, focusing on excellence, innovation, creativity, hard work and discipline.

Coordinate breaks and lunch rotations to maintain continuous line coverage. Serve as the first point of contact on the floor for team member questions, concerns, and day-to-day issues. Arrive before and/or remain after the production crew as needed to open and close the line and complete shift-related duties. Train new hires and cross-train team members on packing, material handling, and automation procedures. Adjust line staffing and workflow throughout the shift to maintain packing speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Ensure packing materials (clamshells, boxes, labels) are supplied to the line and harvest team members to maintain continuous workflow. Coordinate the unboxing, organizing, and staging of packaging materials for daily use. Oversee the safe use of pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move materials and finished product. Perform and oversee in-process quality checks to confirm product meets company quality and food safety standards. Act as the first point of contact for quality concerns on the line, identifying and addressing issues before product ships. Complete and maintain food safety and GMP compliance logs and documentation for the shift. Communicate quality holds or concerns to the Plant Manager and quality/food safety personnel as needed.

Operate automation and packing equipment and oversee team members running it. Respond to equipment jams, slowdowns, and breakdowns as the first point of contact on the floor, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with maintenance when needed. Support equipment loading, setup, and changeovers to minimize downtime. Track and record daily production and yield counts, line speed, and downtime, including reasons for delays. Maintain labor tracking records, including attendance, breaks, and headcount by station. Maintain accurate, complete shift records and provide updates to the Plant Manager as needed. Enforce GMPs, food safety standards, PPE requirements, and company policies among the production team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment across the production floor. Identify and address unsafe conditions or behaviors, escalating serious safety concerns immediately.
