Jibe Staffing is hiring an experienced Stockroom Supervisor for a leading designer and manufacturer of custom machinery used in the production of tortilla and dough products! We are looking for a motivated leader with strong inventory management and manufacturing experience to oversee stockroom operations and support production efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise, train, and support stockroom staff. Manage inventory control, planning, tracking, and reporting. Coordinate parts scheduling, releases, and purchasing support. Investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate records. Generate shortage reports and communicate parts availability to production teams. Collaborate with Plant Management to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Utilize ERP systems, including Made2Manage (M2M). Support production and shipping teams with parts-related issues. Oversee scrap metal and wood materials used for crating. Review weekly timesheets and overtime reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, OR 3+ years of directly related manufacturing experience. 5 years of supervisory experience preferred. Experience in inventory control, stockroom operations, or manufacturing. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. ERP experience required; Made2Manage (M2M) a plus. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
