This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a production shop, keep jobs moving, and maintain high fabrication standards. We manufacture roll-off containers, front load bins, compactors, and other waste equipment. The foreman will oversee daily shop operations while working directly with welders to ensure equipment is built correctly and delivered on schedule. Responsibilities Supervise and lead welders and shop personnel Organize daily production and assign work across welding stations Ensure equipment is fabricated to specification and meets quality standards Maintain production efficiency and keep jobs on schedule Train welders and address fabrication issues when they arise Enforce shop safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment Communicate with management regarding production status and shop needs Qualifications Strong experience in MIG welding and heavy steel fabrication Bilingual Ability to read shop drawings and fabrication specifications Proven experience leading welders or managing shop workflow High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Reliable, organized, and capable of solving problems on the shop floor Experience with roll-off containers, bins, or heavy equipment fabrication is a plus Position Details Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Health and dental insurance Paid vacation Opportunities for overtime Steady work with a growing manufacturing company 401
